Grand Junction's Community Hospital is looking for a new President and CEO now that Mark Francis has submitted his resignation. Francis assumed the presidency in April of 2004 and lead the hospital to becoming one of the top facilities in Colorado.
Francis will rejoin the hospital's board of trustees. Now the board will look for a new leader who has the knowledge not just to keep the hospital going, but to begin construction of a new facility on 24 Road and G Road.
Brad Wright will serve as interim President and CEO during the search for a new leader. No time line was given for finding his replacement.
