Video will be available shortly

The trial for Daniel Roy Alexander went into its fifth day today.
Alexander is accused of attempted murder stemming from an officer involved shooting back in 2005.

The defense started their witness testimonies by calling on Alexander himself. Soon after beginning, Alexander decided to change his plea from not guilty to not guilty by reason of insanity. Through out the day the prosecution stressed their point that Alexander's thinking was and still is delusional because of his excessive drug use. While the defense maintained that Alexander used drugs in attempt to mask the effects of his mental illness.
We'll be back in court again on Monday morning and we'll bring you the latest in this case.
