Republican Trio Announces Denver Agenda

Three top western–slope republicans join together today to put forth a list of things they would like to accomplish if elected next month.

Senate candidate Josh Penry and house candidates Steve King and Bob Caskey say they have a vision for the western slope that includes ten key issues that deal with a range of problems, including fiscal responsibility in state government, improving water storage facilities and building new dams, methamphetamine and building more room for holding prison inmates.

They say if elected they will also tackle issues related to referendum C, immigration, making adjustments to the homestead tax, and adding a sportsman representative to the Colorado Oil and Gas Commission.
