The Mesa County Clerk and Recorder's Office receives bi–partisan praise Tuesday morning from Representative Bernie Buescher and mesa County Commissioner Tillie Bishop.
Buescher and Bishop say the staff did an exemplary job of preparing Mesa County for this election and congratulations are in order. Both men also expressed their full confidence in the new voting equipment.
According to the Clerk and Recorder's Office on average it takes about 7 to 8 minutes to vote. Bishop says he cast his vote via an absentee ballot while Buescher opted to vote early at the Mesa Mall.
