The Montrose Police Department is seeking arrest warrants for the suspects involved in Saturday night's homicide.
Police have narrowed the suspects down to three males. Teaming up with the Montrose Daily Press on this story, Montrose Police Chief Tom Chinn said the arrest warrants should be secured by tomorrow afternoon.
The shooter will be charged with homicide, and the two other suspects will be charged with conspiracy to commit homicide. Although authorities now know the identity of the suspects, they still do not know their whereabouts. That's why they are still asking for the public's help in this on – going investigation.
