A man from Mesa County has been arrested and is facing numerous charges for sexual assault on a child.
Jeffry Huggins was taken into custody today near the City Market on orchard mesa. He faces thirteen different charges, including 7 counts of aggravated incest.
No bond will be set for Huggins.
