A Grand Valley resident says he is honored to be one of the members of a team advising governor–elect Bill Ritter on issues and potential cabinet members.
Club 20 Executive Director Reeves Brown is co–chair of a committee on economic development and international trade for the Governor-elect's transition team. Reeves says Ritter is already upholding a campaign promise to be as bi–partisan as possible by choosing both republicans and western–slope residents to be on his advisory panel... and that bodes well for a cabinet position.
Brown says he has been impressed with Ritter ever since he participated in a debate with other candidates at Club 20's fall meeting, and believes Ritter will take Western Slope and rural needs into account when making executive decisions.
