This years parade theme is White Christmas, and more than 100 floats participated in the parade.
But Saturday night's parade was a work in progress, with several people out on Main Street preparing for the parade on Saturday Morning. The Grand Junction Stars, a local dance studio, kept the spirits high with their dancing, while others set up shop for the parade. Vendors sold everything from cookies and pies to cocoa and coffee. And despite the cold weather, many say the parade is a time for family and togetherness.
