It has been a fourteen year tradition for Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado to honor loved ones living and who have passed away during the Christmas season.
Staff, patients and family members attended the annual Lights of Life Celebration. The ceremony is complete with the lighting of a Christmas tree that is decorated with names honoring loved ones.
The ceremony was held at heirlooms for hospice, a resale store that helps support Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado.
