16 year old Kelsey Boyden is still in serious condition after she got hit in her vehicle by a truck.
According to the Colorado State Patrol, Boyden has no broken bones – but did suffer brain injuries. The accident happened shortly after 5 p.m. Friday night when 29 year old Matt Walker pulled out in front of Boyden, causing her vehicle to spin 100 feet from the intersection.
Walker could be charged in the case when the investigation is completed and Boyden's condition is evaluated further.
