Toys For Tots Still in Need

Dozens of boys scouts, girl scouts, and sea scouts were let loose in Walmart Sunday morning for a major shopping spree. Yet, the items they were snatching up weren't for themselves. Instead, each ball, bike and toy was donated to Toys For Tots.

Dr. Bryce Christensen with New Life Chiropractic says, "Shoppers who didn't have a toy would donate money and then Walmart donated fifteen hundred dollars for the scouts to shop with."

There were about fifteen carts filled to the brim after the spree.
Toys for tots will be holding two more sprees before they distribute the toys.

Volunteers are asking everyone to donate what they can, as Toys For Tots is is still in high need. They are sixty to seventy percent below where they were last year at this time. They will be excepting toys until Christmas Eve.
