A local church is celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ by holding a Christmas Eve service outside.
Sojourners Christian fellowship has found a new way to tell the Christmas story through the action of a live nativity. A Christmas Eve mass is held at one of the church member's barns. complete with farm animals. The church started the tradition last year, with great response.
The pastor, John Mok - Lamme, said the outdoor setting helps children better identify with the story of the birth of Jesus Christ.
The Christmas Eve service begins at 5:00 p.m. The barn is located at 984 24 Road.
