For the second time this month, the Grand Junction Police Department is investigating a case of a gun being brought onto the grounds of Grand Junction High School.
According to Police Sergeant Matt Smith, a juvenile was arrested at the school on Friday afternoon and is facing a slew of charges including possession of a handgun on school grounds, possession of a handgun by a juvenile, unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon and theft.
Very few details surrounding the arrest were available Sunday, but 11 News will update you as more information is released.
