Holiday Travel Increases This Year

Stable gas, airfare and hotel rates are motivating people this holiday season to pack their bags and take a trip.

According to the AAA of Colorado, more people then ever will be traveling between Christmas and New Year's this holiday season. Hotel rates have only risen 4% compared to last year, and airfares have stayed the same.

Gas prices are also the same as last year, with this being the most popular form of transportation; with nearly 82 percent of travelers going by motor vehicle. Airports are also expected to be busy with more people taking to the sky's.
