Reconstruction of Fruita Reservoir No 1, by the Colorado National Guard begins Saturday, which means the closure of several roads.
National Forest System Road 400.2c will be closed to all motorized vehicles until the project is completed.
Forest Service Trail 661 will be restricted during construction. Finally Forest Service Trail 663, will be closed at the city of Fruita property boundary on the north side near the reservoir work.
The dam reconstruction project should be completed by August.
