Construction crews didn't let a little wet weather in October slow them down, and say the parking garage on Rood Avenue will be done in November as expected.
Currently more than 30 construction employees are working to lay the structural concrete. The roughly 7.6 Million parking garage will have 442 spaces and will sit four stories high.
