Miss Colorado 2007, Keena Bonella, made a stop Sunday at her old stomping grounds to promote the importance of volunteering. Bonella, a Grand Junction native, spoke with teens at Heirlooms for Hospice about different volunteer opportunities with Hospice. Bonella first volunteered with hospice when she was a junior in high school.
Bonella will be visiting with her family here for the next week, and after that she prepares for the Miss USA 2007 Pageant. The pageant will be held on March 23rd at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood..
