A gas leak which closed a middle school Thursday is now fixed according to District 51 officials.
Crews with Xcel Energy repaired the leak at Orchard Mesa Middle school Thursday afternoon.
The leak was found outside about 80 feet from the main classroom building. Officials say school will resume as normal Friday.
The girl's seventh and eight grade basketball games scheduled Thursday night at Orchard Mesa Middle School and Grand Mesa Middle School were cancelled.
