Partners of Mesa County celebrated thirty years of service Saturday with a party at their office on Colorado Avenue. The organization was started in 1977 as a one on one mentoring partnership program between youth and adults. Over the years, several programs have been added to Partners, including the Youth Conversation Core, but the mission of the organization has stayed the same. Partners currently has 141 active partnerships.
