Class Teaches Women Self Defense

After receiving several calls of interest in self defense, High Desert Martial Arts hosted a free self protection workshop Saturday.
The class teaches women the ABC's of self defense, which are:
A: Always avoid a dangerous situation..
B: To Breathe
C: Communicate with confidence
Owner of High Desert Marital Arts says that common sense is most important, and that self defense should be used as a last resort. High Desert Martial Arts provides these types of classes once a year, and also provides one on one instruction on self defense.
