Since stricter driving laws for teenagers passed in 2005, the number of traffic deaths for teens have decreased significantly.
Although effective, the new laws can be confusing for new drivers and their parents. So, a coalition of state and local groups has started a campaign called The Driver's Seat, to help teens and parents understand Colorado's Graduated Driver Licensing law.
