Man Jailed For Allegedly Selling Cocaine To Undercover Officers

A man is behind bars in Eagle County after allegedly selling undercover drug enforcement agents cocaine.

Manuel Cruz Aguilar is facing several charges including three counts of possession with intent to sell.

In January the Two Rivers Drug Enforcement Team began investigating the 35–year–old for distributing cocaine. Undercover agents were able to make two controlled purchases from Aguilar totaling 11.2 grams. And after executing a search warrant at a home in Edwards, Colorado, they found another 12.4 grams.

If convicted of all the charges Aguilar could spend a maximum of 30 years behind bars and pay more than $1 million in fines.
