A Western Slope man is dead after a suspected drunk driving accident in Rio Blanco County.
The crash happened just after 2 a.m. Sunday on Colorado Highway 64 about three miles east of the town of Rangely. According to the Colorado State Patrol a blue Chevy Monte Carlo driven by 21-year-old Jonathan Frank Sepeda of Rangely rolled after leaving the roadway. Authorities say Sepeda was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the car. He was pronounced dead at Rangely District Hospital. Alcohol is believed to have contributed to the crash.
