The Calling Mesa County Home program is a home ownership initiative benefiting new employees in the Grand Valley. So far seven businesses are enrolled in the program including two of Mesa County's biggest employers: St. Mary's Hospital; and School District 51.
The program offers employees of participating businesses resources that make obtaining home ownership easier such as flexible mortgage products, down payment assistance, home buyer education, and credit counseling. So far the program, designed to benefit first–time home buyers in the low to moderate income levels, has proven to be a win–win for everyone involved.
