A motorcycle accident on Wednesday night on the Colorado National Monument claimed the life of the rider.
According to the Colorado State Patrol, thirty five year old William Rademacher drove off the right side of the road and hit a post. He was thrown from his motorcycle and died from the impact.
Officials say driving a motorcycle at night can be extremely dangerous especially on an unknown road. Rademacher was not wearing a helmet. Authorities are looking into the possibility that alcohol was involved.
