Denver (AP) Colorado lottery officials say they held up the midweek Lotto drawing Wednesday night while computers searched for a missing two bucks.
The glitch delayed selection of the winning numbers by about three hours.
Spokeswoman Linh Truong says before a computer randomly generates the winning six numbers for the Lotto game, a series of electronic checks is run to ensure the game is honest, that all lottery terminals are closed and that all money is accounted for.
The computer found a $2 discrepancy which delayed the drawing.
