Colorado Springs, Colo. (AP) A massage table said to be linked to the scandal involving evangelist Ted Haggard has been pulled from the eBay auction site -- but the reason depends on who you ask.

Seller Mike Jones believes it was because of complaints from a Delaware-based group called Transforming Congregations. But eBay spokesman Hani Durzy says it was only because the posting violated eBay's policy on fundraising.

Durzy says items being sold for charity have to be put on eBay’s platform called Giving Works.

Jones had said he would donate proceeds to Project Angel Heart, which provides services to people with HIV and aids, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

Bidding on the table reached $1,275 before the item was removed.
