A teenage girl who was injured after the truck she was a riding in crashed into a home has been upgraded to fair condition.
16–year–old Erin Bailey was originally listed in critical condition at St. Mary's Hospital.
The truck she was riding in crashed through a porch on Friday.
17–year–old Mason Myer was driving the truck. He was uninjured.
Initially authorities thought a blown tire may have caused the accident,
but now police say excessive speed was the main factor in the crash. They say the tire only blew after the truck hit a curb.
No charges have been filed in the case pending the outcome of a full investigation.
