Police say an adult woman conspired with a teenage boy to break into the impound yard and tamper with evidence.
The thirty five year old woman and seventeen year old boy stole items out of a vehicle in the secure police impound yard. The Grand Junction Police Department is requesting felony summonses from the district attorney's office for both people involved.
At this point no arrests have been made by the Grand Junction Police Department.
