Grand Junction, Colo. (AP) Investigators looking into the two-vehicle crash that killed a 19-year-old couple last week say they've found a liquor store receipt in the other driver's wallet.
Forty-two-year-old Patrick Strawmatt of Westminster is being held in the Mesa County jail on a $1,000,000 bond.
He's accused of causing the March 22nd crash near Clifton that killed Jacob Brock of Eagle, and Jennifer Kois of Brighton.
A funeral mass for Kois will take place Thursday morning in Westminster. Brock was buried Tuesday.
Strawmatt was allegedly driving his sport-utility vehicle about 120 miles-per-hour on Interstate 70 when he hit the rear of the teens' car.
Strawmatt was free on bond at the time, following arrests in Park County last month.
