A Clifton man is facing several charges for allegedly sexually assaulting his own child. 11 News has chosen not to release the man's name or picture in order to protect the victim.
According to an arrest affidavit, the man is accused of showering with his child and touching their private parts and also sleeping nude with them and sexually assaulting them.
The man is facing a slew of serious charges including five counts of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust with a pattern of abuse and six counts of aggravated incest.
