FRUITA, Colo. (KKCO) - Fruita Police have released details in a bank robbery that happened Wednesday afternoon.

Police say around 3:45 p.m. a man walked into the bank and demanded money. He told tellers he had a bomb he would detonate outside the bank if he didn't get the cash. Police say he was given an undetermined amount of cash and left the building.

He headed eastbound on foot and police are still looking for him. They say he's a white, heavyset male about 6' tall. They say he's in his mid-30s. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a white mask over part of his face, a blue or black hoodie with an 'Afflicted' logo on it and two-tone motorcycle gloves. He was carrying a duffel bag with a long strap.

Investigators are reviewing surveillance video from the bank.

No bomb was found outside the bank and no one was injured in the robbery.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers.
