On Saturday more than 100 people took part in a golf scramble to raise money to help a man fighting for his life.
Butch Miller, the Assistant Athletic Director at Mesa State College, is a cancer survivor who is facing a new battle. Last year doctors found a tumor in his brain. It's not cancerous, but Miller has already undergone a couple long and difficult radiation treatments to remove the threat.
Proceeds from the golf scramble will go to help cover his medical expenses. Miller says he's overwhelmed by all the support he's received.
33 teams played in the scramble and many more people donated money. Organizers say participants helped raise at least $15,000.
