Hundreds Gather For Easter Sunrise Service

Cooler temperatures mixed with rain didn't stop hundreds from attending the sunrise service at Suplizio Field Easter morning. For those in attendance it was a time to reflect on their beliefs and encourage others to find God.

Lead Pastor Abe Pfeifer with New Horizons Foursquare Church says celebrating and understanding the resurrection of Jesus Christ can enhance most anyones life. And Pfeifer says it's never to late to find God. Pfeifer says God has a plan for everyone and if you investigate him you can be part of a bigger picture.

The service ended with an upbeat song and an inspirational message of hope and acceptance.

Easter Day is always the first Sunday after the full moon on or after March 21.
