GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Grand Junction movie theater had to open up two extra screens to accomodate all the eager fans wanting to be the first to see New Moon.

The fans were lined up early Thursday to get the best seats possible outside of Regal Cinemas.

The theater had originally made the movie available on seven screens, but at the last minute opened up two more to accomodate the huge crowds.

It was a mostly female audience, with many generations from the same family, including mothers, daughters, sisters, and even a few grandmothers.

Nationwide, the reviews have been mixed, but that's not stopping crowds from buying their tickets early. The movie is expected to make up to $200 million it's opening weekend.
