An arrest warrant has been issued for the Athletic Director at Grand Junction High School. John Walker is now facing two felony charges.

11 News sparked the investigation after we received correspondence between a person posing as a 14 year old girl and someone identifying themselves as John Walker.

According to an arrest affidavit, Walker faces charges of Internet luring of a child and enticement of a child.

Walker was not in custody as of Wednesday night, but Grand Junction Police say they know his whereabouts and if he doesn't turn himself in, they will have the authorities where he is at arrest him.

After 11 News turned over the evidence, police contacted the decoy posing as a 14 year old girl and it turns out that person is actually a male.

Walker voluntarily talked to police, and during the conversation he admitted to having the chats but thought the person was an ex–girlfriend. But in a conversation recorded by police with the ex girlfriends Walker stated he knew the person he was chatting with was not her.
