It's a one stop shop for all of your health and beauty needs as the first ever Head to Toe Women's Expo came to Two Rivers Convention Center on Sunday.
The entire day is devoted to women, from fashion and outer beauty to health and inner beauty. Hundreds were out at the expo to put their health in the hands that care the most and to take the steps needed to maintain their well being.
Radiologist, Linda Richmond says, "At the age of thirty and beyond your bones stop the remodeling process and you need to increase your calcium intake."
Participant Joan Harrison says, "You need to know and understand your body so you can make good decisions."
The free health screenings included bone density, glaucoma, blood pressure, breast and skin examines and body compositions tests.
