A jury found Jeffrey Huggins not guilty on all charges against him Wednesday evening.
Jeffrey Huggins is charged with sexual assault on a child, and sexual assault on a child by a person in trust and with a pattern of abuse.
The District Attorney's Office says the evidence against Huggins proves that he forced a child to perform sexual acts on him and that he performed inappropriate acts on the child as well.
But the defense says the prosecution failed to prove it beyond on a reasonable doubt and asked jurors not to be swayed by the disturbing testimony from the victim.
