John Walker Resigns

In light of recent felony charges, John Walker resigned Thursday as Grand Junction High School's Athletic Director.

The resignation comes just one day after he was officially charged for an alleged on-line sexual solicitation. According to District 51 Spokesperson Jeff Kirkland, Walker presented a written letter of resignation to the Mesa County School District 51 Board of Education.
In the letter he attributed his resignation to the recent allegations made against him.

So, whatever became of this case? Was a plea agreement reached? I've searched on the web, and cannot find out the current disposition of this alleged offender. It looks for all the world as if this event was settled and hushed up. Was he convicted? Did he cop a plea? Where were the details published.
