Glenwood Springs, Colo. (AP) A resurfacing project will mean some delays on Interstate 70 through Glenwood Canyon, starting Monday.
State transportation officials say the project could add 25 minutes to the drive.
The repaving should be done before July 4th.
Drivers already are experiencing delays through the canyon because of repairs of a large crack have forced the closure of the eastbound Hanging Lake Creek Tunnel. Traffic in both directions is being routed through the two-lane westbound tunnel.
