Man Accused of Stealing 1,300 Women's Undergarments

Fort Collins, Colo. (AP) A man faces a felony theft charge in the disappearance of more than 1,300 articles of women's undergarments near the Colorado State University campus.

Forty-three-year-old Chih Hsien Wu is accused of stealing panties, sports bras, stretch pants, and panty hose from apartment complex laundry rooms in the campus west area between September 23 and May 18.

Police say the thefts totaled more than $6,000.
