Charges Pending Against Suspect Involved In Hit & Run

A man who was fished out of the Colorado River in the nude has charges pending against him as a suspect in a hit and run accident that sent a 16-year-old boy to the hospital.

The charges against Henry Bostelman are pending on the results of a blood test to determine whether or not drugs and alcohol were factors in the accident.

Bostelman, is the suspected motorcyclist who hit a 16–year old boy then ran from the scene. He was later found in the river holding onto a log before being taken to shore and arrested.. When he was pulled from the river he was completely naked.

That night after visiting the hospital for wounds received in the hit and run Bostelman was booked into the Mesa County Jail for violating parole.
