Motorcycle Crash Victim Identified

A motorcycle crash on the Grand Mesa Saturday claims the life of a Grand Junction man.

The crash happened on Highway 65 about four miles south of the town of Mesa. The Colorado State Patrol was notified just before 8:00 p.m. Saturday.

John Michael Ogorman of Grand Junction was riding north at a high rate of speed when he ran off the road, traveled nearly 50 feet became airborne for another 35 feet then collided with a boulder. The driver was ejected from the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
