Two people are being detained and the Grand Junction Police's Bomb Squad was called out after authorities stopped a suspicious truck at the Loma Point of Entry along Interstate 70.

With guns drawn, Colorado State Patrol troopers surrounded the semi around noon on Friday.

They handcuffed two men and placed them in the back of a cruiser. Troopers continue to question the two men.

11 News hasn't been able to confirm what aroused the suspicions of the State Patrol, but troopers on scene told our crew it could be a bomb.

We will update the story on our Web channel and tonight at 5:30 and 10PM on 11 News.
