With 125 years on the books, Grand Junction has quite the history, and what better way to showcase it than with historic tours.
There is so much history embedded in our city, it's no wonder it took two separate tours to cover some of it.
One tour was led through the Seventh Street historic district, it began just south of Grand Avenue and continued until Hill Avenue.
Houses were the main stops on this tour, when they were built and stories of the people who have lived in them.
The second tour was of Grand Junction's downtown area, the tour included stories of the buildings that have been around since the beginning, and the many ups and downs of the heart of the city.
