Two Vehicles Take a Turn into Nearby Buildings

Early Friday morning a truck crashes into two cars and then through a wall at the Mesa County Workforce Center.

Just after 7 a.m. a GMC Truck was traveling down 29 Road when it crashed into a car at the intersection of North Avenue. The truck then veered into the Workforce Center parking lot where it hit another car and then ran into a wall of the Workforce Center. The truck went completely through the metal wall.

The driver of the truck was not injured and there was only one occupant inside the building, he was not injured either.

The second crash this afternoon occurred at 32 Road and Highway 141. This vehicle crashed into a Speedy Heavy Haul building.

Three vehicles were involved in this accident. The Palisade Fire Department, Central Orchard Mesa Fire Department, the State Patrol and Mesa County Sheriff's Department were all on scene.

Three people were transported to St. Mary's Hospital for minor injuries.

The accident is still under investigation.
