Agents with the Colorado Bureau of Investigations and the Mesa County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant Wednesday.

The man who lives in this home is Lester Ralph Jones. He has a violent criminal past. In 1999 he was convicted of assualt and kidnapping with a weapon. After spending less than two years in jail, Jones was released into a work release program and finished probation in December 2005.

Jones is not a suspect in the investigation. The sheriff's department only has persons of interest in the case of Birgfeld at this time.

Paige Birgfeld has been missing for nearly three weeks. Authorities say they suspect foul play in her disappearance.
