VA has phone system problems, they're not hanging up on you

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - If you’ve been trying to call the Grand Junction VA Medical Center, you might think they’ve been hanging up on you.
But officials there say they want callers to know they’re just experiencing problems with their phone system.
If you call the VA it might sound like you’ve been cut off, but officials ask you to just be patient.
The phone system might be off-line for up to a week.
