GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - A woman charged with sex assault on a child has pleaded guilty to lesser charges.
Forty-six-year-old Maria Elena Kennedy pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful sexual contact.
She is scheduled to be sentenced in May. She faces up to two years in jail and will have to register as a sex offender.
