CDOT officials say bidding to fix the damage started Friday at 2 p.m., with Flatiron Construction winning the apparent low bid. The construction company says it will take 55 days to complete the work. The repairs will most likely take place Monday through Friday but some weekend work could take place.

Further details regarding a start date, the work and subsequent lane closures will be sent when they become available.
